1. NO REFUND POLICY

KoalaFaucet Ads sells digital services. This includes traffic, views, and social media tasks. Because these are digital products, they are consumed instantly. Once you deposit money into your advertising balance, we cannot return it to your wallet or bank account. The money must be used to purchase advertising on our platform.

2. WHY WE DO NOT REFUND

When you deposit money, our system instantly prepares your account for advertising. We pay fees to payment processors and allocate server resources for your campaigns. Returning money is technically difficult and creates accounting issues. Therefore, all deposits are final.

3. UNUSED FUNDS

If you have funds in your advertiser balance that you have not used, they will remain there forever. They do not expire. You can come back at any time in the future to start a campaign. We cannot send these funds back to your crypto wallet.

4. BANNED ACCOUNTS

If your account is banned for breaking our Terms of Use, such as cheating or using multiple accounts, you will lose your balance. We will not refund any money left in a banned account. This is a penalty for violating our rules.

5. EXCEPTIONS

The only time we might consider a refund is if there was a technical system error where you were charged twice for the same transaction. In this rare case, you must contact support immediately with proof.
